Overview

As a principal consultant to major corporations in strategy selection and investment decisions, I design and implement planning models that allow companies to prioritize strategic investments and decisions to gain maximum business results. These customized models have become the standard planning approach applied across geographies and divisions of major global companies and organizations. I have been a selected lecturer and a published author on the topic of IT strategy development and selection.
